The Friend of Joy

Hi, I am the Friend of Joy, and I am looking for those who share my interest in projects and the development of them. Right now, I want to create a project for those of us who are a little creative. This is not the first time I have done projects, and I have been successful before, and I don’t give up easily. I simply love projects, and like sharing ideas with others, and if possible: Enable them (btw: Feel free to move this to “politics discussion” or “computers, science and technology, if that seems more appropriate).
The project is about people participating to create, if they want, a system of sorts: Politics for example can be done even online, with new ideas. But also about sharing creativity like paintings, arts, and more. Competitions. It is within the confines of this forum and the mailboxes that it for now will take place, so it will contribute, not steal members, as I appreciate this forum. That’s a promise. I know success here is no guarantee, but I also know I in earlier times, in other places, did inspire others with my ideas, and thus, I will try and eventually, succeed, but in a good way. I only listen to those interested, because obviously that’s the people I want to be friends with, and I can say that my intention is pure and good, and I know many who say that doesn’t always mean it, but I do.
I will be the official leader and owner of this project, but if others are interested, then the plan is for there to be other leaders as well, as I want to share any influence within the project with other contributors and there will be terms/periods for official leaders. Owners will be appointed, but by agreement. I am besides looking for a Deputy and a second owner. And there may be other roles for contributors. I have had positions before (for example as a moderator at a different time and place), but to me roles/positons, online or not, is irrelevant. Anything I do, I do for the sake of creating something good and with the long-term plan of always sharing influence. I don’t base my self-confidence on positions, and would advise others not to as well, but I greatly appreciate enthusiasm, and I regard it as positive to seek leadership, so long as it is because you want to contribute and you seek it in a good way. But in that case, respect the others as well, and always share influence. I was once in a place where people were so intent on positions, even if they were self-created, that they stabbed others in the back to get them. That was a long time ago though, but ever since then; I have really hoped to not see that again, because when people don’t cooperate, things just don’t work. Disagreements are welcome. But go about it in a good way, and respect others, is how I prefer it.
It may be you feel you aren’t fit for positions due to lack of experience, but I will say this at once: Everyone begins somewhere, and many years ago, when I first started with projects, I gained experience from trying, not from being perfect. Experience and confidence in what you do is something you often gain because you try, and it is not always successful, but it doesn’t have to be, because everything is an experience, and we learn from that, if we are willing. So if you like to share ideas with others, and want to try and have roles within something, and just share my interest and love for projects, just contact me here, and know that I can give much back, in terms of friendship, for any help I get.
