Here's a really cool tech site http://www.chiptune.com/, that's designed as a retro Atari desktop and behaves as such :D

That's styled after the original releases of the Workbench GUI which was only available for the Commodore Amiga computers; the Atari XTs had a GUI called GEM which was also saw some use on the IBM campatible PCs of the era (it shipped with Amstrad's clones) but it looked a bit different.
NB: I just noticed that the screenshot you posted even says "Based on ©Amiga Workbench 1.3..."

*smacks myself on the forehead* Lol I should had noticed that from the site XD Thanks for bringing it to my attention :P I wanna play on an old Commodore Amiga computer or an Atari system :/ They look like they could be a fun playground to play in :)
