ADHD The Correlation Of Feeling Distracted

Anyone else experience this, where they randomly feel bored?

It’s not like I’m not doing anything, in fact I am, it’s just I randomly feel bored as well as feel tired

I usually cope with taking a break but I sometimes wonder if it’s ok to take a day or two off

I can’t keep working

My brain also gets distracted a lot. I’m training myself to not overthink

Yip, was forever bored, esp. with small talk. Suppose self study grounded me as intellectual conversation was mostly missing.
I'm having time feel as it's flying, it's like whole day is gone but may be my depression.
The cold front only cleared for 2 days, enough for me to fumigate again, turns out they funnel Web spiders and like damp....our windows growing moldy from all rain. Luckily it's not Australia so not deadly but my bite festered similar to tick bite I had once, but I survived. My friend said makes you stronger but I'm not able to move yet, so spiders have to move.
So interesting study about poisonous male fennel Web spider who roams.

Can get a bored burnout, that's if you echnore the meltdown and continue to live like a brainless for too long. Stress burnout Nd my latest is too much pain and worn down threshold.....

I kind of get this. Usually for me it's apathy which is a bit different but my adhd might play a part in it. I also usually take a break from what I'm doing or go to an activity that is calming for me.
