Anyone else overly sensitive to loud noises?

You're not alone. My mind will not be quiet. I'm trying to cope without medication and it's very difficult.

Yeah i know what thats like. I'm constantly thinking, seeing patterns and breaking down the things i see and hear.
My parents dont get it. At leased my father doesnt seam to.

My parents didn't even bother to learn how to help me with my autism. I was abandoned to cope on my own and unsuccessful at it. I don't know what questions to ask or who to inquire about my Aspergers.

I'm definitely very sensitive to sound, not just loud noises, which is very difficult for me being a musician. When I'm playing an instrument, it sounds so loud to me, that I can hardly continue playing. I'm thinking about maybe using ear plugs to see if that helps at all.
