Anyone have experience with "Alpha Brain Supplement"?

I'm seeing a lot of commercials in the US for Alpha Brain. I looked it up online, but can't find reviews by sites like WebMd, etc. The reviews I see are by sites that may "review" products as a form of paid advertisements.
One of the claims in these reviews is improvement in "finding the right words". Not being able to find the right words sounds like Anomia, which I suffer from.
So just curious what anyone here might know about Alpha Brain?

Well… I cannot be normal. There is no cure for being what I am in the vast and crazy logic that is life. I can only try to suffer less. That is the realization that I am not broken, the world is. I just need to relate to it. I will make horrible and painful mistakes. That must be ok to me on some level.

I will never not be lost. I will never not float through this world with horrible pain and mistakes. That defines me. I think meditation is the best solution

If you look at the key ingredients, B6, L-theonine, Huiperzine, Phosphotidyl serine, etc. and then, go onto PubMed or Google Scholar and look at the research, in general, and in autism. I think you will find that some of this is well-researched, and other ingredients, not. Also, look at the dosages used in the studies vs. what is in the product.

I am supplementing with a handful of the above. Some of it has shown efficacy. Other ingredients in Alpha Brain, you might only find a few animal studies, so it's yet to be proven.

Then, looking at the price of Alpha Brain, would it be cheaper, in the long run, to purchase the specific ingredients that have been proven. In some cases, it can be.

Turns out with more reading it is supposed to increase REM sleep. In my case that would be bad. I am on a medication to eliminate REM entirely, due to the sleep paralysis associated with my Narcolepsy preventing me from breathing.
So won't be using this product.
