What are your favorite architectural types?

For me, I like Arts and Crafts Movement, Prairie School kind of buildings, because I love how they relate to nature and the ground:

OMG! I Love the pic of that house you put on there! I love old buildings. If they are in beautifull shape of delapitated. I am fascinated. I offen dream of a building. It's different in each dream, sometimes a house, sometimes another randome building. It always looks different and is in a different dream but the thing that is common is there is always hidden room after hhidden room. I think it may have something to do with something I experienced in a past live. I am always fascinated with old brick or stone buildings and homes especially.

This is my current favorite, I love the idea of living underground for numerous reasons but I NEED windows. I think if the interior of this were kind of an open floor plan loft-type layout it might be perfect.

Atm I like these new simplified sustainable low energy houses. This style fits specially well here in harsh nature of Scandinavia, I think, as it blends simplicity in our old construction trends, materials and colours.

(others are from Norway, but the last one is from Washington)
