Are there any high schools in England for people with AS ?

You definitely would not get into a high school - high schools here are for ages 11-16 (or 18 if the school does A-levels).

You shouldn't have any problems getting into any colleges so long as you are able to get a student visa and have the appropriate qualifications for the courses you're trying to sign up to.

hmm I see , just a question I´ve heard that college there is very, very expensive, is that right ?

Yes thats right, its pretty expensive. I sent a query to the Napier University of Edinburgh for a Master Course as I finish now my Engineering studies in Romania. It costs around 2000 lires just for 2,5 years of studies. The good part is that I want to go with a classmate so we will split the sum in a half. This way it wont be that expensive plus that we will have a good time there, of course if everything goes well and we will enter ...

Colleges and universities are something different in the UK - colleges are kind of the step between school and university, and it wasn't expensive for me, but that was a while ago and I'm not sure how much the costs have gone up since then.

Universities now charge up to £10,000 a year for UK students and (I think) around £15,000 for non-UK students..which is crazy! Not including accommodation and necessary equipment & books - that's all extra.

Haven't heard of any AS-specific universities, but some are supposed to be more helpful and accepting than others. I can't recall any that are supposed to be particularly good though!

College tuition in the US since I graduated has gone up some 1200 percent. I simply don't see a college education as being viable for most people in the near future. Costs appear completely out of control, whether one is on the spectrum or not.

And I thought college and university here was expensive, lol.

Over here it was (and if I'm correct, still is) about €1000 a year for college and €1500 for bachelor/masters level stuff. Then come some books, software, maybe a laptop.

Don't know how it works for foreign students but if you're dutch you get a scholarship of sorts from the government that should help you pay for it.
