Aspergers/AspiesCentral Poem

I think here it may be safer
So I may be calling this home
There's a girl hiding under the bridge
Where the homeless wise and provide
If she remembers she says she'll never remember.

There's a slippery slope at the spin of every moonlight
There's a place you're saying could be right
Can you help me get home?
There's a black house burning in my wake
So I'll be over tonight.

This is a place where we all come together
The moon and the stars alike
We can help you make your own light
We won't have to give in if we're still living
Show me now to care because I don't know how.

It's never too late
Not now
For you we can wait.

Cross my heart
You'll never have to smile unless they make you
Like we're dark
I don't want any of it if I'm not one of you.
