Has anyone been to an autism meet-up? What was your experience? I’m going to my first one soon and am feeling both excited and anxious, I don’t know what to expect
 
I only have intentionally met up with one other autistic person. We met on Reddit, and he worked at my former work place. Meeting new people is never easy for me. We both found it awkward, but overall I was glad I did it, and he said the same thing.
For me, a group meet up would be very difficult if it were more than 2 other people.
