Autistic burn out, what it is, what to do if you have it and how to prevent it

I found this brilliant. I had it reeeeaaaal bad for a good part of this year, which, ultimately, prompted me to reach out the the Australian "Autism hotline" who then recommended that I seek "National Disability Insurance Scheme" support (NDIS) which I promply did. I just found out I was accepted onto the scheme and I'm maybe not "over"joyed" I am however VERY HAPPY to have received this news.

This Dr, the "Neurodivergent Dr" gives a comprehensive and super helpful analysis, in my opinion. I loved everything he said about it.

There were no great revelations in that video for me, but I found it interesting that although I knew nothing about autism I seem to have followed his advice to the letter. I don't do things by halves though, and when I burnt out it was big time and a life changing event.

I have a feeling this video may pop up later in some other threads in the future. Very well done. He hit the key points concisely, but was also thorough.
