Awful vocational skills teacher

There was a special ed vocational skills class I had in 10th grade and the teacher was absolutely awful. She was so rude and impatient. She would yell at us for not asking her for help, but when we did ask her for help she would act like we were annoying her or wasting her time. She would laugh at us behind our backs and talk rudely about us. And the thing that pisses me off the most is that she STILL works there as a special ed teacher! She shouldn't be a teacher at all, much less a special ed teacher. Special ed teachers are supposed to be caring and patient, but she proved me wrong.

How do I get over this situation?

Tell somebody in a position of Authority

Actually, I don't go to that school anymore. Also, the authority figures are more likely to take the teacher's side rather than my side, so there's not really a point :/
Do you think she would be considered abusive if so she should be reported

I definitely think her behavior was out of line for a special ed teacher, but whether it was "abusive" or not is subjective. I do think she was a bit of a bully, but others will just think she was overly strict or demanding.
