Bookmarks tip for Firefox...

I mostly use this browser to listen to music which means I have, at a guess, three thousand or more bookmarks. Trying to find something in this lot using only the bookmarks menu is impossible.

The way I have to get around this is to export them to HTML.
Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file to back up or transfer bookmarks | Firefox Help

Once this is done open the file and you have a list of clickable links. I right click and select 'open in new window' to view the video/site.

The other big advantage with having your bookmarks displayed this way is the ability to search which is accessed by pressing Control F (shortcut to 'find'). This is also useful for searching on the page you are on on any website.

Other browsers are also able to export in the same way.
