Do you eat breakfast in the morning or do you skip it like a heathen does?

My breakfast usually consists of oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit and black coffee.

That's a negative, "GhostRider".

Never had the time most of my working life. Not with my commutes.
But being retired allows me at least a cup of tea or coffee...but that's about it. Very rare for me to eat three meals any days.

Coffee and cigarettes from 5am-9am most days, then a breakfast or sandwich at 9ish.

If heading to run at gym, no, l feel sluggish if l eat before l run. If long day of errands, l power up with a yogurt smoothie. But l enjoy making omelets, waffles, pancakes for my guy. Or avocado toast, breakfast burrito, etc. Today's breakfast was grits, and a bran muffin for him.

I try to eat breakfast every morning, if I can. Depends on how close to noon it is and how hungry I am.

Basically, if it's past 11:30 and I still haven't had breakfast, I'll just wait till lunch then lol.

I'm one of those people who wake up about 5:00 a.m. every morning and I'm always hungry when I wake up. Breakfast takes many forms for me - types of porridges, toasted bread with various things on top like avocado, cheese or plain butter and jelly, plain yogurt with dried fruit, nuts and granola. I like ham and cheese sandwiches and tostados topped with refired beans and salsa for breakfast. In winter, I like to eat leftover beef stew for breakfast because it fills me up and keeps me warm. Sometimes I make pigs in blankets, mostly for my husband, with a good link sausage and puff pastry. He dips them in honey mustard when he eats them.

Yeah, I know I'm weird, and the end result of being such an early morning high energy person is that I fall asleep every night by about 10:00 pm because I'm tired.

What about grits with those huevos rancheros? ;):emojiconfused:

I do enjoy breakfast going out....which happens every few years or so. Though that sort of breakfast will usually last me all the way to dinner.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I’d never skip it. Even if it’s nothing more than a drink.

If supper was good and there's left overs I sometimes would indulge in early brunch kind of Paleo diet. So left over mince on toast (years ago)

I don't like sweet stuff, very often too sweet it kind of burns, so sugar is reserved for coffee. So this is sweet list of excluded for breakfast items. If I see muffins or croissant I occasionally indulge. But croissant can't be served with cheese, as i taste sweet and prefer preserves.

Due to my low blood pressure skipping b-fast had to stop, but still battling to find what I like.

On occasion I'll head over to Golden Corral for a breakfast. Or a similar place.
But 95% of the time, I'll fix my fried keto-bread/olive oil topped with cheese, fried ham, and an egg from hen that has made this place her home. With hibiscus tea/ stevia.

Jeff T do you like stevia, none of us do, bitter sweet taste.
About sarcastic 'heathen' following of Paleo diet, (we were discussing good sensory and similarities) he said if I like something I repeat meal for few days, so this I think falls under Paleo diet. If try to be glutton free then no instant bread and leftovers can tend this way.

Add this, I actually like mielie pap and probably cause takes so long to cook that don't eat it as often. My son doesn't like it stiff or krimmel (and he likes sugar n milk) but I'll then dip it in tomatoes relish. We eating more of this lately, but like Mexicans I'm concerned, no soya but due to epilepsy we are paranoid about corn meal etc. But then what do we eat? And Mexicans have nice options like nachos and corn tortea.
(Despite lockdown children still have rights to speech therapy en Geen koncentrie) due to pesticide borders I think we know just how damaging modern farming can be. What do we eat, now?
Beans are good, lots n lots of beans on nachos. I used to allow beef sausage or bratwurst for my son's, but problem is actually gluten so we've had to ban all sausages not just the hot dogs.

It's tricky, some of us have done everything to ensure Russia assisted with no nucs, and keeping EU safe.
The child hostages are safe, it's just that parents required to fetch children, personally and won't give them to authorities
