Calming youtube videos

During the time I have not been able to sleep well (last few months) I have discovered many new channels that calm me down just watching them. Most of them include minimum/no talking and you don't see people much maybe just their hands.

One of them is cafe vlogs. They show mostly korean people working at cafes (they have cafe chains that look much more pretty than just starbucks) and it shows them filling orders. Nice and predictable
My favorite channels for this are: 최블리choively and Zoe 조에

Another I like is home cafe channels...this one is harder to get a good video I feel as when things spill here it can cause anxiety for me but I like y. na__ homecafe alot

Bento box making is like the others but also not. Most of the time it is just them cooking. The sounds of food are loud so if you don't like that this might not be for you but I enjoy it.
I really like the channels にぎりっ娘。nigiricco , 厨房呀我在家snowenn andさくぱん sakupan channel they also make other cooking videos

I only like one vending machine channel but I find it really cool. He goes around to all sorts of vending machines and gets things from them. More normal and more out there vending machines are both included (dancingbacons is the channel name) he also has some street food videos but I find those to be too loud for me

I also like other channels but these are the ones to make me feel calm. Otherwise I watch lots of music based videos and educational videos

Does anyone have videos or channels they watch to feel calm?

I sometimes watch my most favorite movies repetitively. Knowing them so well takes out any uncertainty and being true favorites they still provide a positive stimulus. By this I mean during a stressfull period I might watch them once a few nights in a row.

Reruns of my favorite shows on streaming - The Simpsons is my favorite, I also like Family Guy and a few others. I've seen every episode at least once, most of them multiple times.

I’ll have a look at some of the channels. I like to watch craft videos. One of my faverites is Mariah Elizabeth. I didn’t these videos zen me about before bed.

I like those a lot. The visuals just make me calm. I like hypnotic stuffs.

I watch the same disney and anime since I'm a kid, I know them by heart. Just the familiarity makes it nice. I can watch a serie I've already seen 50 times, I'm fine with it, it's relaxing.
If I'm extremely anxious, baby music calms me instantenously. In seconds. It's really surprising. Thanks youtube.
I also really enjoy documentaries about animals and wild life since I'm a kid. I also like to watch documentaries about volcanos, there are really super beautiful images of magma.
I also can enjoy put a video or podcast about any specialist talking about a subject that interests me. Just hearing the person explaining concepts and trying to understand and see a passionate person relaxes me (as long as it's not someone wanting to be a specialist but not actually being one and giving incorrect informations, that would make me nervous).
