Can you tell me how to shoot iPhone video without black bars?

I am trying to make videos for a friend and I have used an iPad but I have found that my iPhone shoots much better video. But when I send it to YouTube it always has black bars on either side. It does this whether I shoot in Portrait or Landscape. I have also used different resolutions all the way up to 4K 60fps. The video from my iPhone will will not appear on Youtube without black bars on either side and the video in the center.

Can I make my video shot on iPhone look normal and fill the screen?

Someone on YouTube claims to have done it. Check it out...

Judge, your help has been amazing. I am still practicing with the advice from the video but I now do not have black bars. What a wonderful thing to be able to solve this problem. I tried so hard on my own to do this, thank you.

Glad it worked for you. I find those black bars annoying as well.

That's great info @Judge thanks. I normally just shoot videos in landscape mode (turning phone sideways) which also fixes this problem, but it's great to know that I don't need to do that now.
