Certified Nurse's Assistant. So like the person in the hospital who would check on you when the doctor and nurses are busy- take vitals, change bedding, help with bathing, dispense meds, bring food, that kind of thing.
Thanks - its one thing I like about this site with folks from all over, is the new words and concepts that one gets exposed to.
