Celest's Hi

celestialregale

Rejoice always.
Hi everyone!

I'm 26, married and a mother of two.:)

I was just diagnosed with Asperger's a few days ago. I previously had the diagnosis of pd, agoraphobia and borderline personality disorder. Apparently, that's changed and I want to learn more about Autism!

Also, I have a really hard time making and keeping friends, and until very recently didn't think anyone could understand why. After the little bit of research I've done, I think it might be easier to make friends among those who understand Asperger's..So that's a goal!
I'm glad to be here and can't wait to join in some conversations!:)

Sounds like you've come to the right place to explore your being on the spectrum of Autism.

Welcome to AC/AF.

Welcome!
Perfect place to find answers to the many questions you'll inevitably have, to wonder about other things you hadn't yet considered or traced to ASD, and to be with similar-minded people.
I find it better than therapy. And I like the people better than most of my so-called friends on the outside --some of whom are very sweet people, but there's an entire aspect they just can't/don't understand, whereas here I can be myself. I hope you find that here, too.

Hello and welcome to AspiesCentral. I hope you enjoy your time here and make some new friends.

Welcome! I have found friendships with other Aspies to be much easier than friendship with most NTs. We truly get each other.
