Hi everyone,
We are aware of the issues with the chatroom and I have reached out to the developer. Unfortunately I have not heard back yet nor have I been able to figure out why this is happening.
We have found new software that we plan to purchase to replace our current chatroom that provides many more features and is well supported.
We hope to have this software installed in the next few days.
