As a child I didn’t like cheese except on pizza and cheese doodles. Now speaking from before my stomach problems started, I like different kinds of vegan cheese. I like mock mozzarella cheese - Daiya cheese tastes like the real thing. I also like mock cheddar cheese on vegan burgers and nachos - it’s also good in vegan burritos and tacos. I also started to like lasagna made with tofu instead of ricotta cheese - there’s probably even a vegan version of ricotta. There’s mock Parmesan cheese which is good with pasta and other things. I also like some mock cheeses made with nuts as a spread on bread - I like it best when it has a nutty taste instead of a cheesy taste.

Also, nutritional yeast has sort of a cheesy flavor and can be used in place of Parmesan. That’s one thing I can still eat now.

Swiss on pastrami and rye....oh yeah. Blends well when heated with colby-jack too. :)

Slices of habanero with jalapeno on jack by itself is great too.

Edit: I am a VERY big fan of cheesy.

I don’t use condiments or salad dressings or much of anything. But plain then add cheese is always a winner for me. Or just eat cheese plain.

I am mildly lactose intolerant. So I try to avoid cheese in excess, but I love it.

My consumption of cheese comes in the form of pizza and grilled cheese. I could have a whole lot of it, then go for weeks without any. I only do mild ones - mozzarella and American, really. As someone who keeps Kosher, I've never had it on a burger or other meat, and I'm not interested in the fake stuff.

I gave it up to leave a bit more planet for other creatures, and because dairy farms are nasty to cows. I still eat a bit of plant-based stuff that seems much the same.

This is just cheezy~

But in all seriousness. I am a cheese lover. It's hard to say no to a good cheese. Blue cheese, asiago, feta, mozzarella, provel, etc. I really am not sure if there is a cheese I'd dislike.

Hmmm. Maybe I was a mouse in a previous life.

I like most cheeses but it's not something I eat a lot of, the occasional spicy cheese dip on dry biscuits, and it's sort of compulsory on pizzas and hamburgers. I prefer a strong cheese, Tasty or Mature Cheddar, I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese but it does go well with honey or golden syrup.

I hate the bright orange plastic cheese they use in McDonalds, it has no taste at all, it's just pap.

My grandpa used to call me a mouse because I loved cheese.

Let me just check - at the moment I have, in the fridge, fetta, halloumi, Swiss, havarti, maasdam, kefalograviera, parmesan, cheddar, vintage cheddar and a blend of shredded mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan for easy pizza.
