Considering posting stories on DeviantArt.

Trying to refine my writing skills. So I thought it might give me some useful feed back. Though i'm still working out what kind and type of story to submit for my first.

Just be aware that it can be hard to get noticed on DA. The amount of things that gets posted on there daily is absurd.

I post on there myself... the fractal stuff I do... and even posting new things very frequently, most dont exactly get many views, and certainly only a couple of actual comments have been left. Things that get posted, whatever they are, will typically appear on the front page for a couple of minutes at best.

Most people viewing any given thing also wont actually comment, and even if they do, it'll be just a generic one... usually not useful for feedback.

If feedback is what you're specifically after, a site more specifically dedicated to writing improvement and sharing would work much better.

I'd love to see them. I do all my own stuff on my own blog. Deviant Art is a competitive place.
