Copier machine recommendations?

Hi all, I am helping a relative look for a copier.
1. We want the copier to print b&w only with toner cartridges
2. long lasting
3. not too complicated and simple to use
4. not dependent on the Internet
5. something where the copier cannot be hooked up as a printer to computer (or where the copier would not be affected by having that ability)
6. something you can plug in with a regular plug and not dependent on USB.

Any recommendations?
Thank you.

What you're talking about is called an Electrostatic Photocopier.
This is also what is known as a laser printer. (there is no laser in it)
Something like this might be what you need.

There is no such thing these days. But just because you can connect it to a computer doesn't mean you have to, being able to print straight from your phone might be handy though.

Also notice how cheap they are, if anything goes wrong with it it's cheaper to get a new one than to repair it. These days they're a disposable item.
