Create a police artist sketch online

OliveOilMom

I have some missing posts.
Cool site! You can create a police artist sketch of people you know with this site. It's fairly good. It doesn't have all the features out there so it won't be perfect, but you can create a sketch of yourself or a friend or family member with it. It's kinda fun!

Try this out! Ultimate Flash Face v0.42b

I tried seeing if I could end up creating even myself on there... I think there was not much luck in that whatsoever.

I did a few that looked almost exactly like the person and a few that really didn't. What worked for me was clicking on the first one of whatever feature it was showing and then clicking on the right arrow at the bottom of that box to change them on the face screen. It's hard to see them when they are so small, and seeing each one in the whole face is easier than just trying to pick it from the group. I do the hair first, then the eyes, eyebrows, lips and nose. I didn't do it in the order that it was listed. I do the glasses before the eyebrows if the person wears them and I do the mustache and beard before the lips if the guy has one.

They need more ladies hair examples and more eye examples I think. It's pretty fun though, especially trying to recreate someone you see all the time like a friend or family member.

I also tried creating a really good looking person from scratch too. Thats kind of fun. They still need more eyes.

Oo, kind of like a dollmaker! =)
I'll have to goof off with this even more later on.

Sometimes I like to entertain the notion of working with the police as a sketch artist. But I can't even get the noses and mouths right as a portrait artist, I'm a long way off before every doing police work.

Seems like an interesting skillset beyond artistic ability alone.

To be able to accurately transfer the words and impression of another person's recollection to canvas. However the recollection itself may still be inaccurate from the outset. Makes my head spin...

I don't need Another Police Artist Sketch of myself thanks. Kidding but I thought it was funny.

Quite! I do alright enough with character design for some people, but that has an broad margin of error. Police sketches? You gotta be half psychic and the god of realism.
