What are people thoughts on double posting between this and other forums?

I am sure there are plenty of people here that also have accounts on the ubiquitous Wrong Planet forum. I honestly like this forum a bit more because or it's many features and the smaller - less pedestrian feel. Occasionally (once in fact- so far) I felt the need to post on the both forums and I also once noticed another person doing the same for all their posts.

Thoughts on that or other forums in general?

Thought here can be seen an aspect of inequality, or how should it be called idk, as not everyone in here can see responses certain post get elsewhere unless someone makes summary posts. But if compared with how communication works, that exact same thing happens in real life situations also and I can never know what others reply to same issue.
I believe we are all thieves and and because of that none of use ever is original. That's how we learn, we borrow some opinions of others, blend them into our own ones, and see how people in other reference groups react to them. And repeat the whole process. Also, none can own their opinions or in any sense keep a track not to spread one idea in more than one ways. That in mind I can't see it as bad to post same message in different places. I've also been taking some ideas of others - also from here - to my blog entries. How rude might that be.

I don't see anything wrong with it, there might be some extra traffic, more different answers to poster's questions... I've registered on a different forum long time ago, but then realized, I just didn't have time to keep up with both of them (or maybe I'm even registered on 3 different forums... don't remember) I like the feel of this one... I might actually get back to the one of them... unless my account is deleted... just to see what's going on with my profile.
OK... it's still there... too bad I can't delete it... the forum doesn't seem to be very active to me.
