Do you prefer blue-based or yellow-based shades of pink?

As everyone knows pink is my favorite color, but there are so many shades of pink that I would like to see what people prefer, blue-based shades or yellow-based shades? Blue-based shades have purple undertones, while yellow-based shades have orange undertones.

I personally like the blue-based shades better. Here is my favorite shade of pink:

I'm not exactly a fan of pink colour overall but if I am to choose between, I would also choose blue-based pink. Orange-based pinks look so... fishy.

I'm not a pinkie but my NT wife is. It's her favourite colour after yellow ("Yellow" by Coldplay was one of the songs played at our wedding because of her love for the colour :) ).
Blue based purpley pinks all the way for her.

Blue based is my favorite. Yellow based pink looks more of a peach color and not as pretty.

I would have to say yellow base - even though I don't typically prefer warm colors. But the yellow base pinks would be more orangey and more of the southwestern colors. :) My favorite color is gray and my favorite any other color is grayish whatever it is. Yellow I dislike to the point that I won't even buy dish soap, shampoo or soaps that are yellow. :)

I like blue-based shades of pink much better. I'm not a fan of yellow. Even though it's a bright, cheerful-looking color it very easily becomes dirty and diseased-looking. I like hot pink, which is both feminine and edgy.

I like the bottom one better. I think if I saw the top one without any suggestion from other people, I would call it purple.

What is "color"-based mean? I tried googling it, and it doesn't seem to be working..

I do cross stitching and deal with a lot of varients of colours.

Pink is not on my list of favourites, but I would also choose the blue based pinks.

I don't like pink in general, but I'd probably go for yellow based, as I like peachy colours to some degree. :)

I prefer blue based. I have noticed that blush pink Christmas decorations are in fashion this year.
