Was the house one 'alone in the dark?' Or something else. I remember the Star Trek one as well, think my dad had it.I remember a pragrom where you were in a house in the middle of an abyss, a program where you could explore a farm and a nearby house and one where you were on the Star ship Enterprise alone and had to prevent a hull breach...
I used to do programming in BASIC with my dad, but on the Acorn Electron (basically the same as the BBC microcomputer but with a different casing).I used to play PC games all the time years ago, some good stuff too such as the old Lucasarts point and click Adventures and the Disc World games.
Used to do a bit of BASIC programming on the Spectrum back in the mid 80s as well.
I'm a bit of an IT nerd you see, hence I'm still single at nearly 40
It was on a tall tower in and their were others houses on tall towers around it...Was the house one 'alone in the dark?' Or something else. I remember the Star Trek one as well, think my dad had it.
Would Wolfenstein or Myst be considered 3D? If so, those are the two that I'm familiar with.
I mean games which used Polygons and Had you just walking around alone... Does no one remember this?Do you mean games that look 3D, or ones that actually use a 3D engine?
For example, the currently popular Clash of Clans looks 3D because its drawn in isometric, but its only a 2D game. Likewise, Settlers I & II looked 3D, but Settlers IV actually used a 3D engine.
