Has anyone seen a DVD player with a USB port? I'd like to put multiple episodes of a program on a flash-drive so I won't need several disks.
I don't "speak the geek," but I think I understand what you're saying. There are no copy right issues, but I may have not been clear on my intentions. I want a DVD player for the TV, not the computer. The disks can hold up to 4 GB and I think I can figure out how to squeeze three episodes on one disk; I saw instructions on how to do that with Windows DVD Maker. I was thinking it would be so much easier if I could put everything on a big flash-drive and not have to go through the hassle of trying to burn so many disks.
Since I learned how to do it (I think you're the one that told me how), I've been burning everything. The only drawback is it takes about three hours to burn a disk.
My TV does have the USB ports, but it won't play videos; I've already tried. I can look at images all day, but no video.
