Dwelling On The Future

Riley

Well-Known Member
I'm turning 16 this year. And like before, sometimes I can't sleep. Because I keep thinking about things like my future and death and what it will feel like and all kinds of stuff.

Do you have trouble sleeping before every birthday? I tend to do that before any big event in my life, even if I expect only good things.

I think it is perfectly normal to contemplate things at night when we would normally be sleeping. I think it is something we all do at certain times in our lives. But then again, what do I know about normal? I hope your thoughts don't keep you up too often so you can get adequate rest.
