Earworm

Hello all,
New here, so I thought I'd start a thread…

Every time I hear a new song I like, I go a liiiiiittle crazy and it's the only thing I'll listen to for a few days…
Anyone else do this? I want to know…

Right now my song obsession is Alter Ego by Tame Impala

I pretty much do the same thing for awhile. Bruce Springsteen's "Philadelphia", Led Zepplin's "Tangerine" more recently Iron Horse's bluegrass version of "Rocketman."

Sometimes though, I hear something that I don't like and it runs endlessely in my brain, earworm's can be awful like the gummy bear song that my great nephew likes. I won't add the link, as its something that will resound for awhile, and I don't wish that song on anyone.

I don't do just one song on repeat. Usually I get a handful of them together. It could last a few hours or a few weeks. A genre tends to last a month if it's new while rehashing old favorites tends to last a week.
