Emotionally Volatile

I sort of scared myself today when I was getting into the car at a supermarket. I was trying to get in and gave the guy in the truck next to me, the ''wait a minute'' finger twice. I don't know if we are ''smarter'' ''wired different'' because I was waiting for him to ''catch on'' and give me a ''thumbs up'' or a go right ahead look, I don't know if because he was older or people don't ''think''.

I got a little ''loud'' telling my father in the car while the door was open, what is this guys problem and so on. I get paranoid or feel slighted easily as well, I don't know if it's because in my mind I felt disrespected so many times in 39 years, or we are just ''different'' and more systematic. I see everybody else was ''fine'' in the store, but I feel ''out of place'' or annoyed easily.

I notice almost everyone else seems on ''auto pilot'' or a better analogy as I am a big sci fi fan, as if they are Terminator T800's that haven't had the chip switched.

I also struggle with feeling slighted at times, more often than I would like to experience. I think most of the time I am overly sensitive about perceived slights and misinterpret enough situations that my secondary default thought process is to assume no slight was made. For me personally I have come to believe slights should be ignored a majority of the time.
