ex-pseudo-girlfriend.. pathological liar?? mythomaniac??

I think my ex-girlfriend (i like to say ex-pseudo-girlfriend, because the relationship never perdures more than 1 month)
could be a patological liar.

We become friends about 2 years ago, and in a conversation she ever say lies related to what i've said earlier like:
if I say "I've cosplayed K' " she answers "I've cosplayed naruto".
if she see a beauty cat she says that have a identical one. And every day she comes with new histories about being rebel, parties, skipping class... that contradicts eachother.

she lie her age to my sister, but they are classmates since ever and started school at same time... plus, she ever says a different age.(in real she is 15 y.o)
and refuses to admit that is lying even if I prove logically, in that cases she only ignore and walk away. (i don't do it so often.. normally I keep silent and stare she)

..and these are just few examples..

she was adopted as a baby by a very authoritarian and religious family, maybe the charge of being perfect since she was a kid causes her to find in lies a world where she can do what she wants. (LOL)

for me the lie is like a insult, expecially "easy-discovering" ones, That for me is a insult to my inteligence. Is like the person says "You is so stupid, that I need not care making a good lie to fool you"

except for the lies, she is a very kind person that treats me well. She is one of my last friends and says that likes me (unless i don't know if it is one of the lies).
I somehow Like she (very much), so.. I don't know if I must get away from her as fast as I can, or keep the friendship trying to endure the lies just to not abandon her and make things worse.

Thank you for reading ^^) give your opinion please.

It's not for me (nor for you) to say that she is definitively a pathological liar. A psychologist would need to observe and talk to her to make that determination. But I do think that she definitely must find some comfort in lying. Perhaps she feels smothered by her authoritarian family and wants to feel in control of something. You acknowledge this yourself, but I don't know why you "LOL" at it. I don't think it's funny at all.

Have you tried speaking to her about her habit in a nonconfrontational way? Don't be accusatory. Just say, "Why are you lying to me? Is there something wrong? Would you like to talk about it?" Tell her how you feel about being lied to.

If you're that disturbed by her behavior, however, you don't need to keep interacting with her.

Yeh I know, and i don't think this is fun, the "LOL" was for me for making such theory, but.. nevermind.

Thank you I'll try this. But I think she will just say "I don't Lie" and go away.

thanks for reading and answering ^^)
