  • Sickening YouTube video shows girl whipped 20 times by furious father
  • Poster claims to be daughter of Texas Court-at-Law judge William Adams
  • Girl's mother joins in horrific attack

This horrific video allegedly shows a family law judge viciously beating his disabled 16-year-old daughter, who suffers from cerebral palsy, after catching her playing computer games.

The man, believed to be Court-at-Law judge William Adams from Aransas County, Texas, is seen repeatedly striking the girl using a leather belt as she whimpers in agony.

After delivering around 10 powerful strikes across her legs and backside, his wife then grabs the belt from him to take over, at which point he walks out only to return moments later with another belt so he can continue the beating.

Violent: The mother joined in the attack on the 16-year-old who is believed to suffer from cerebral palsy

As the girl begs him to stop he can be heard snarling: 'Bend over the F***ing bed

'Lay down or I'll spank you in the F***ing face.'

The shocking footage appears to have been filmed on a webcam and is said to date from 2004 but only became public in recent weeks.

It was uploaded onto the Reddit website late last month by a person claiming to be the victim - the judge's daughter Hillary.

The girl is said to have suffered from ataxic cerebral palsy from birth and has a passion for technology. She is believed to have illegally downloaded the video game as well as music.

She writes that she'd decided to post the footage - which she'd been 'holding onto until the right time' - after receiving 'a barrage of harassment' in a phone call from her father.

Tough: The man's face is revealed in a still from the video. He is said to be a judge William Adams from Aransas County, Texas

The title reads: 'Family law judge beats own daughter for using the internet, please spread'.

The video has incited fury on twitter with dozens posting their disgust.

@Johnny_Ads wrote: oh my god. what a disgusting video. im shocked. poor girl - what repulsive parents. Shame on them.

And @eschaton added: I hope this exposure gets him sent to prison for a good, long time.

In total the girl receives 20 hard lashes from her father and one from her mother.

She screams: You turn over like a 16-year-old and take it like a grown woman.'

As she lies crying on her bed he shouts: 'Do you want to put some more computer games on?

'Are you happy disobeying your parents?

'If I hear so much as you raising your f***ing voice to me or your mother with the wrong tone or do one little thing or you look at me f***ing wrong, I'm going to wear your f***ing a** out with this belt.'

Unknown identity: It is claimed the man in the video is Aransas County court judge William Adams

Although it has not been confirmed that the man shown is Judge Adams, several people have posted comments below the video claiming it is definitely him.

One post from a J. Andre Bardin, who claims to be one of Hillary's friends, reads: 'I know in the article you say you cannot confirm the man in the video is him, but I can. It's him.

'That's his voice, that's his mannerisms, and that is his house.'

The woman, thought to be judge Adam's wife, who is seen in the video delivering a single blow to her daughter, is said to have left the marriage after suffering emotional abuse.

She has apparently apologised for taking part in the beating and allowing it to happen.

I know a PSN who has an abusive Dad, very much like her. Unlike her, his parents aren't judges, they're odd-job laborers. Like her, however, he suffered from abusive attacks whenever he gets home. And they've passion for the Internet.

What's wrong with using the Internet to express one's thoughts and feelings, and to feel like any other person on Earth?

Sob :'(

Judge William Adams, A jurist ahead of his time ? Merchant Complaints and Negative Reviews

Sometimes, a man is so far ahead of his time that it is hard for his contemporaries to understand him. Judge Adams is such a man. As a judge, he is light years ahead of his time.

His genius may not be understood for many years. It may not be apparent to us mere mortals. His work will be the subject of scholarly legal articles and study for many years.

Some of his pearls of judicial wisdom follow:

1) Family law often concerns itself with the amorphous concept of "best interests of the child." Some have complained that this term is too undefined to provide reasonable guidance in judicial proceedings. Well, Judge William Adams has come to the rescue. We still do not know all the contours of the best interests of the child but we do know thanks to Judge William Adams the mental health of the primary child care provider is not relevant to "best interests." Thus, it doesn't matter with respect to the best interests of the child, if the child care provider is homicidal, psychotic, suicidal, and hullucinatory, among other things. In other words, a homicidal, hullucinatory, psychotic psychotic is just as good as someone who is not.

2) Naturally, from principle no. 1, it therefor follows that any discovery into the mental health history of a primary health care provider is irrelevant and should not be allowed.

3) Children should never be believed. This includes a child who everybody describes as bright and honest. If a child says he was abused, he should be ignored. If a parent doesn't ignore the child, the parent should be sanctioned (and her lawyer).

4) Similarly, if child says he has been abused, the alleged abuser should be asked whether he abused the child. If the alleged abuser denies the abuse, the issue should be dropped.

5) If the child says various people were present during the abuse, then those people have no relevance as witnesses. If the child's parents attempts to question them, she should be sanctioned (and her lawyer also).

6) If the child says he was abused at a restaurant, but people who abused the child deny having been at the restaurant at the relevant time, it is irrelevant that two waiters at the restaurant say they were there.

7) All children are fantasizers all the time; thus, anyone, who believes a child is frivolous and must be sanctioned.

8) If there is no videotape of something, it should not be presented in Court. No videotape, then it didn't happen.

9) Written communication don't count; only phone calls.

10) If a witness he doesn't have a clue what the charts he present mean or how they were created, then this means the charts are conclusive proof.

These are just a few "Judge William Adams" pearls of judicial wisdom. His wisdom is too vast to be learned in just one lesson.

If she is really the one who posted the video, she's one smart girl. Now hopefully her suffering will be finally over.

Now even Singaporeans are watching the news with shock.

I'm amazed at how viral this has become. When I discovered this vid the only place I could find anything about this video on was Reddit (where a link to the YouTube video was posted) and YouTube (where the video was uploaded to). Upon viewing the video on YouTube for the first time the video only had about 300 views; now it has over 2 million.

When I created this topic this wasn't worldwide news and was just an internet story; now it's worldwide news. At this point hundreds of international news stations have covered the story.

Yep Aillas.

Now I talked about this with my parents. I thanked them for raising me and loving me as I am.

I wish such parents who lash at their disabled children can reflect on their actions, and do something to heal the pain.

Has any action been taken against the judge yet?

No. In the USA, the statutes of limitations is just five years. The video was filmed seven years ago.

I guarantee that if this happened in Canada and most other first-world countries that this guy would be in huge ****. I wasn't surprised much at all that this guy, being from the southern USA, would get off so lightly over something like this as this form of "discipline" is considered to be quite normal down there.

Here's a Canadian news article about him not being charged - Judge videotaped beating daughter won't be charged - World - CBC News

I only wish both the judge's daughter and the judge himself all the best, while they move on to the next stage of their lives.

This guy needs a bullet to the head! As someone who has been abused (as a BABY no less) I can say this piece of **** isn't even human!

I'm sorry but WTF?! What the actual **** is wrong with this guy?!

It's not a question of "What's wrong with this guy?" as there was, is and always will be bad people in the world who do bad things...... The question to be asked is: "What's wrong with a system that allows such things to happen?" If someone were to do what EricD suggested in the post prior, that individual (in our present system) would be the one who actually broke the law and not this guy.

It makes you wonder what judges are wearing under their robes, doesn't it ?

Hypocrisy is a human condition. Not tied to merely the clergy, the judiciary or high elective office.

If you look hard enough, you'll probably find it just about anywhere. Much like corruption, which one can find in just about every economic system populated by humans.

Nothing is truly "sacred", no matter how much we wish to the contrary.
