Ah, yes, thanks. As far as I could follow that, it's a process? Whereas the person suggesting it seemed to think it could be done relatively quickly and easily. In the same sense I don't fight my fear of being run over by not looking before crossing the road, I don't see how I fight social fears by ignoring the problems or not doing anything about them, fairly directly. For the fear of being hit by a meteorite, I know there's nothing I can really do about that. Socially, I'm made out to be responsible for the stuff and that means there should be something I can do to improve things. Or it needs to be made clear what I can't do in ways that others will accept!
