Cheese, yoghurt, kefir, bread. I don't know the others, don't like pickled vegetables or anything preserved in vinegar.

Sauerkraut.
 
I didn’t realize cheese, yogurt and bread counted as fermented. I learned something new today lol
I like all of those, and I love pickles.
 
White cheeses, especially Brie and Baby Swiss.
Just about any pickled vegetable.
When I voted, I didn't understand about bread.
Didn't know it was considered fermented either.
I love most breads except for the commercial white sandwich types.
 
Soy sauce, but for some reason the local health food store carries a non-fermented substitute.
Just noticed the previous comment - I use a bread machine regularly.

I suppose that sourdough bread is considered fermented. And since sourdough starter is often added to make rye bread, I guess rye could be considered fermented. I don't know of any other bread that might fit that description.
 
I love all pickled vegetables and often make my own with vinegar and can them for preservation. I like to make sauerkraut and sometimes preserve green tomatoes by using fermentation, not vinegar.

I don't think I've ever met a cheese that I didn't like. Real yogurt and cottage cheese contain cultures that are good for the gut.

One of these days, I hope to taste pickled walnuts which are a big tradition in England! I wonder what they taste like.

Love pickles, anything Korean fermented, kifir, sourdough bread, rye bread, sourkraut, blue cheese, yogurt, kombucha. I need to eat my hamburger dill pickles right now! I tried kombucha in Minneapolis, and my tween daughter just loved it. So it was a staple. My favorite? Extra extra sour dough french bread sold in San Francisco at Fisherman's wharf, and the airport.
Kimchi fried rice- so good.

@Rodafina - Thanks for posting that! Very interesting. They are pickling green, immature, unripe walnuts before the inner woody shell gets hard. I'm going to see if I can find some to order online. It would be a unique addition to a cheese or charcuterie plate. Really cool.
 
I wonder if that is the same concept as the 100 years old eggs from Chinese cusine? I have never tried a pickled egg either.

I just ordered a jar of pickled walnuts from the English Tea Store online. Plus, of course, I ordered some British teas and clover honey straws to go with it. Excited for it to arrive.

I don't think it's like the 100-year-old eggs but I guess all things pickled are alike in some respect. I've made pickled quail eggs. They're okay but not something I'd eat much of. It is fairly common for honkytonk-type bars here to have a big jar of pickled chicken eggs on the counter to snack on while drinking beer.
