So my doctor had told me a while back that I needed to increase my fiber intake because it could be critically low right now, but I still have time to fix it. I decided to give it a try today. I decided to add one Fiber One chocolate bar as a snack every day starting today. I'm on day one, and I feel absolutely terrible! I barely could get through the 9 hours of work I was gonna do today, and now I'm home and I can't go anywhere because my stomach is hurting too much This can't be because I was eating too little fiber, is it?
I counted how much fiber I normally eat a day and I was surprised to find it ranged anywhere from 6-9 grams. One of the bars is 9 grams. So I increased my take to about 15-18 today.
