hi
my son is PDD - NOS. He is in Jr.Kg.. his teachers say he is very intelligent and sharp child.
but he never tells what happened in class or does anyone say something to him. some time
I feel sad because he gets irritate and he does not speak what happened. I take him for sessions(speak)
He likes there. Is this curable. will he able to do job or business? i am worrying what to? will he make friends?
He likes company and loves to play with his age group kids. but they don't understand what he speaks?

I really don't know what to do? Please help me.
 
Hi, you know Autism including PDD NOS is not curable. There are ways of coping. Therapies to try to help reach him and to help him integrate. You might find a differing DX as he gets older and you know more about his abilities. Well we are all here for you. I myself have Aspergers syndrome and wish I had been diagnosed earlier than I was. Just be there for him. Keep asking him how his day was. Maybe do it in picture format? We are all here to support you. Good luck :)
 
Someone can have PDD-NOS and still have a good life with a good job/business, and have friends. I've known a married couple, both of them had ASD, and they had a good marriage, decent jobs, and a happy life with their kids.
