FORE!!!

"Fore" originated in artillery as a warning for infantry move out of the way of a cannon in case it was a short round, so they wouldn't be mowed down by a rolling cannonball. The warning was " Beware Before!", which was eventually shortened to "Fore" in golf as a warning of a stray ball. I've been hit by a golf ball, and it HURTS!!!

Welcome aboard :)

welcome EricD,

so that's why golfers yell "FORE!" thanks for the background on that one!

never played any golf other then mini golf but have had an interest in the 3 wheel EZ-GO electric golf carts when I was about 7 to about 11 years old.

My incredibly beautiful Autie girlfriend. Since we're both on the spectrum, we have an innate understanding of each other.
