Good actions of humans thread

This thread is about the good actions of humans in your life to give more meaning or whatever you feel.

I was thinking about this and how it is important to stay true to ourselves.

I was brought up in a world where we didn't even really talk about our ethnic differences and as children it was of no interest but sometimes as you developed you like to see yourselves represented. We all grew up as one pretty much as children and I most of my life I have lived in european and asian dominated areas. I am cool as gravy with that. I have had my names ribbing at times, but sometimes it certainly good to explore as see more of me in the world and be around as never having it before..

We are all the same as God said. There is no Jew or Greek, Slave or free slave man or woman or man before him.

There is good people from all faiths and all etnnic groups.

Me, I have come some wonderful people in those categories too.

Another thread exists of a similar topic, but this is about general people in your life.

I have recieved inpatient treatment for years for anorexia nervosa. I have met some wonderful people in that time. I was watching Louis Therroux about anorexia. I had intense memoreis from it. I though saw my old dietican from hospital in the video the ward round room early on. She was so given and working the NHS i feel she was used. She used to stay behind for hours for no extra pay giving up her time. She was above and beyond and I was observing. It shouldn't be a defining thing someone's faith. My dietican left there and ended up going somewhere else. She was my specialised dietican for years in the community on a CTO. She was above and beyond. I have seen too many. I saw the staff in the video. Sometimes what you think at that time does not prove to be reality later when away from the situation.
Most are their too help and not harm. My dietican was a Hindu. I have always liked the Anuja story from the Bhagavad Gita. Sometimes I feel I wish I could done more using her expertise. She has done so much good as well.

My family is very mixed as well.

More good staff in that video...

So many people of good character exist which I have to point out to others sometimes..

This opens up too many people as well for now lol

Although some aspects to faith I like, let's never forget our past.

This is the Louis Therroux video and it's sad you can see how poorly people many. Thankfully many are doing much better today. I have lost too many perious people with eating disorders today.

Have a good day

When my bipolar disorder was really bad and I tried to run away from home it was always strangers who came to my rescue and would be nice to me until help came. And despite what everyone now claims about the police all the cops who drove me to a mental facility for treatment were super nice to me except for one.

Yeah I think people really aren't as bad as the media propaganda tries to convince us they are. I would be dead or worse if not for those strangers and police that helped me out.

I am really glad you had good people around you when in need as well. When I have had encounters with the police to take me to hospital for anorexia treatment when I didn't wish to attend they always very good to me as well.
