Good fortune?

I opened 3 fortune cookies at dinner today:

"All your sorrows will vanish."

"An optimist is always able to see the bright side of other people's troubles."

"Accept the next proposition you hear."

Sounds a bit ominous, don't you think?

I love fortune cookies, and it does sound ominous!

Does anyone know if anything exists that has a fortune in it just like a fortune cookie but is inside something other than a fortune cookie--a different food item? Because I think fortune cookies are nasty, and it would be awesome if there was the same thing but better tasting.

Fortune cookies are actually really weird / creepy to me all the time.

This song's lyrics are almost 100% composed of fortune cookies (some of them being completely unchanged), and indeed, it has a similarly ominous vibe about it even though they're all technical optimistic lines. What a strange phenomenon, imo.

Fortune cookies are just like horoscopes SUPER generic and not vague at all.
I might take more note if it was hand written stating something along the lines of "don't take Geneva road home tonight"
@Silhouette Mirage yet another example of why I love metal and similar genres - good song.

I remember reading a news article about how a fundamentalist church ordered fortune cookies for one of their events - but they got sent the wrong fortune cookies and everybody there started opening up XXX-rated fortunes.
