Hi, I’m Michelle and I’m 28. I live in Los Angeles and got diagnosed with AS when I was 26. I’ve been living on my own in a one bedroom apartment for the past three years. I currently am a lead customer care supervisor at a call center where I have worked at for over two years. I am doing absolutely nothing today for NYE. I haven’t done anything with friends since 2015. I’ve been pretty isolated since living on my own but truly hope I can be more social in 2018. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk.

Welcome Michelle Happy New Year to you and everyone else in the City of Angels from us guys in the UK where it's already 2018.

I am doing absolutely nothing today for NYE. I haven’t done anything with friends since 2015.

I always get invited to NYE parties, but intentionally haven't done anything social on this night for at least 10 years now. Right now, I'm camping out by the fire (it's 7 degrees here in Colorado right now) with my little champagne bottle that I'll pop open at midnight. That, and I like to step outside & pop a shotgun round off right at twelve to let the critters of the forest know it's a new year for the humans.......

Welcome Michelle!! I have lived by myself for about 6 months now and also find it very lonely. Congratulations on doing well in a stressful work environment. Like most others, I’m not doing anything for NYE, but that’s because I should be sleeping so I can move across the country tomorrow.

Welcome and hopefully you enjoy it here! Its a good place to meet new people and learn along the way.
