Had a bad day....

...a very bad day. I went into a full on meltdown during my trip out today. Can anyone else feel for me during those times? I would really like someone to trust me and understand my problems.

I feel for you. Some days are just too much and those can be very hard days. I hope you are feeling more calm now and take care of yourself today. Wishing for a better tomorrow for you, too. 💚

I am sorry you had a hard time out pottyfry. To try and prevent overwhelming meltdowns outside when you feel yourself needing a bit of time. Try and find may be find somewhere to sit alone whilst out to try and regroup yourself a bit to you continue. I did this when out a few times.
I don't know your situation if you don't use them would may be defenders and I can take a comfort blanket when out and to remind me of home as well.
Try and see if there way can make that outing a bit easier next time.
