Had it at Great Ormond Street Hospital for children, London. The psychiatrists (there were 2, plus a psychologist) were very nice and understanding, the main one wanting to focus on my emetophobia (despite all the other phobias I have, plus social anxiety and to some extent depression, and the Asperger's). They did observe me during the conversations for Asperger's-like characteristics, and said they may do some more assessing parallel to the treatment for my phobia, and I have a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. They did the usual things, asking loads of questions, having me do questionnaires etc. I don't know much about the whole thing until probably the next appointment, but I think it was a moderate success.
I did subtly mention this forum during an interview, all I said really was that I was on it.
They also interviewed my parents, sometimes with me, sometimes seperately, all about related issues.
