Have we introduced before?

TrappedInAnInvisibleCage

Most of my life is spent inside of my own mind.
No, I'm not asking that question really, I just can't believe I have had this account set up on here for over a year and not once I have managed to come up with an introduction to my pathetic self!

My name is... *checks username because it's been so long I can hardly remember what the Heck I have even named myself* trappedinaninvisiblecage apparently (!) Whoa, boy, that's not a very good name is it? To be truthful, I did leave that box, but I have now realised that it is a little horrifying out there and this cage is quite a comfortable one. It isn't like your ordinary visual of a cage, but more of a little palace that is enough for one tiny human (which is me) within steel bars so no creature from the Outside can come and harm me. Have you heard that there are monsters out there?

I joined this site (goodness knows how many years ago) in search of a social life. I have Asperger's Syndrome (even if it's not a diagnosable condition any more) and was diagnosed with that by a lovely psychiatrist who really enjoyed his lunch that much; that sometimes he would have me there for 5 minutes, before throwing me back out as soon as his stomach starts growling. I don't really have any known special interests at the moment, which is amazing since I often find it hard to avoid having a special interest in anything.

What makes me happy is making people laugh. I try my hardest to crack jokes, keep people entertained within a conversation, and be a really good friend.

I find it easier to speak to people I don't know. I'm too open, and that is what makes it easier to not know anyone and keep a distance before I make their lives a misery. I'm not sure if my openness is due to my condition, but according to quite a few people it is. Anyone else do this?

I have blue eyes, blue hair, and a piercing in my right brow. I hope to get more piercings in the future, as they really do interest me.

I study childcare in college with the hope to get onto level 2 health & social next year.

It's a pleasure to meet you all.
