Having a clear out!!!

Hi everyone!! I've spent today having a much needed clear out of old paper work and I've come across my old advice sheets from my numerous counselling sessions pre Aspergers and ADHD diagnosis but I am not sure what to do with these. My thinking is that this information was based on the fact that I had run of the mill depression and anxiety. What do yo guys think. I'd really appreciate your feedback!

Basically there's a lot self esteem and positive thinking! Feel like this isn't really relevant now I've been diagnosed!

I suggest you keep them in a box somewhere in the closet.
If some bad times come around again, you can remind yourself how strong you really are.

I started writing poems when I was suicidal. From time to time, I love to read them and remember my old self.
Ah that nostalgia...

I have a file on health care, and mental health. I keep this sort of thing there. If there are too many to keep, maybe you could summarize them, or one or two might cover the bunch.

I understand your questioning about how relevant they are, but they are part of the journey. There are some things that are a bit embarrassing for me(mostly my emotion spilling writing), but they tell me how far I've come. Good to keep reminders of that.
