Hello, I am Nathan and I am new to the forum, well to online forums in general .

I am 20 years old and in my second of year of studying IT.

I was formally diagnosed with High Functioning Autism in mid 2016, which came as a major relief. I had been struggling in terms of coping with this previously unknown psychological "phenomenon".

I decided to join this forum, as I feel it is a more suited form of communication and an overall better method of acquiring assistance, as well as meeting new like minded individuals

I am currently seeing a new psychologist once again after having gone through so many in the past. I have felt every time that the particular therapist was not suitable. I am attempting to determine at what point is it me that is the issue and not the therapist.
