Help, Advice, etc.

]Hi everyone,

About 8 months ago I decided to participate in the Big Brothers-Big Sisters Program. I was matched with a 9 year old boy who I originally thought had ADHD but has since been diagnosed with Aspergers. We see each other once a week for about 3 hours at a time so it is not easy developing repetition with him. We normally go to the movies, play games, walk around the mall, go to the pak, etc. I often have issues with discipline which I understand but it can be frustrating when you feel like you are repeating the same thing over and over.

If anyone can pass along any advice or help in helping my little brother out I would appreciate it.

My Aspie son is 9 yrs. old. I have a Blog on his therapy and life. It would be good for his parents to see it (at my signature). He would also be able to relate with many of my son's actions....although you would want to have his parents approve him seeing the blog first.
