Help finding a life coach

Hello, I'm looking for a life coach that has experience with dealing with females with Asd/add Struggling with day to responsibilities like planning, organizing, and establishing routines. Does anyone here have any experiences to share with me, tips, and resources to point me in the right direction? I've found some online they were really expensive.

I don't know what really expensive is for you or what's affordable for you, but AANE.org has a life coaching program for autistic people. It's called: Lifemap if I recall correctly. I've never used it but I have an autistic friend that uses the program and my friend finds it very helpful.

Thank you so much. I just came across lifemap this weekend. The life coaches I found wanted to charge $125-175 per session.

What did your friend have to say about it?

From what I recall my friend said it was helpful having a lifemap coach to assist with mapping out life goals and helping with keeping on task toward the goals.

Hello, I studied non directive coaching.

I dont know any proffesional who knows coaching and autism, but you can start with a book of the inner games series. This one is work oriented:

The inner game of work:

Gettings things done is a very good (and old) book thay helps a lot on organize, plan and priorice. Its a clasic:

Best luck.

I've never heard of a life coach that charges cheaper than 125- 175. The best you can do for this type of thing is to look for a social group for adults on the spectrum and maybe there is a facilitator in the group who can guide you. With these kind of things, you want to be careful though because you don't want to be too much of a burden on a person either. Try to "bring something to the table" where you can help someone and then in return maybe they can help you too.

Maybe consider a life coach once a month if you can afford that?

Try to get on a reality show, and maybe they'll sponsor you if you're willing to make yourself look like a fool on national television with some potentially positive results afterward. . .
A therapist covered under insurance could possibly help you with organization. It would be nice to find someone experienced with people on the spectrum, but most of those people charge an arm and a leg because they can because they can get too many clients that are willing to pay big bucks for their specialties, experience, research, knowledge, and certifications.

$125-175 for a session?

You could buy a lot of books with that, with a lot more knowledge to be found within.
