There is After 26 Cafe in Cadillac MI that employs people with developmental disabilities who are ageing out of the system. It is at one end of the White Pine bike trail, so I will ride there to have lunch before my return journey.

We have a few organisations like that in our country, but they are very few and far between unfortunately.
