Hi Karo! :)
Sorry you’re struggling right now :(
We’re pretty friendly here and hopefully this is a good place for you to get advice and comfort.

There are a few others on here from Germany.
I am from the US.

Hope you enjoy it here and connect with people! :)

Thank you very much.
Honestly i feel very lonenly.
It is hard for me to connect with people emotionaly.
Almost every time my emotions bottle up afterwards and i feel like nobody realy sees me.
Its a strange experience and painfull.

Welcome. From what I have seen here, you are not alone and others have experienced similar issues. I had a traumatic loneliness from social isolation. I'm dealing with the PTSD, 40 years later.

Hi Karol!
I think in English your name would probably end up Carl/Karl/Charles. But English devours all names.

You're not the first lonely person here; autistic people all know what Isolation feels like. But this is a pretty friendly spot most of the time; glad to have you with us.

You are welcome here.
Most can relate to how you are feeling.
Belonging to this group helps so much, for in real life, I just can't seem to connect with others.
Hope you enjoy it here, too! :sunflower:

Regarding names I am reminded that some people called Charles get called Chuck in english also, but it may be more American english than english english
