I'm Ben, I was diagnosed with Autism a few months back. Although, for some reason not specified what form, the big talk was Aspergers for a while.

I don't think it matters if its mild a.s.d
if you'd been low functioning! (Hate degrading labels ) then you'd be hopegully cared for more intensively and therapists would give you more detail, after diagnosis you don't get help in the UK
 
Hi Ben, welcome. I'm new here too, my psychologist thinks I have Asperger's. It's tough, I know - and I'm very confident that this community will be of help.
