A recent comment from my therapist ("What about Aspergers.... do you know what that is?') made the last couple of months a flood of self discovery. Holy Cow! All of a sudden my whole life made a bit of sense... Not a bad 40th birthday present. I'm currently awaiting testing for a formal diagnosis, so in an effort to calm my anxiety I thought I would see what you all were up to. I plan to do a lot of reading.

Hi there, welcome to AC. I definitely would recommend reading & researching / watching youtube vids on other AS - ASD experiences as well as reading & participating on here, it can help a lot with stuff :)
